Position Summary

The Manager, Replenishment and Inventory Solutions leads inventory planning and supply chain execution to optimize product availability and flow. This role drives sales and inventory performance through strategic collaboration with suppliers and cross-functional partners, ensuring timely inventory positioning and effective response to disruptions.

What you'll do

  • Drive sales and inventory performance through precise supply planning and vendor collaboration.
  • Align launch forecasts and manage inventory flows to meet modular timing and promotional demands.
  • Lead root cause analysis and execute recovery plans to resolve out-of-stock and inventory health issues.
  • Manage product flow across the supply chain, ensuring alignment with business goals and key performance indicators.
  • Partner cross-functionally to optimize network inventory positioning and reduce costs.
  • Supervise and develop team members, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies while promoting operational excellence and ethical standards.

About the team

The Merchandising Execution team ensures the right products are available at the right place and time, supporting seamless shopping experiences across channels. Collaborating closely with Merchants, the team translates assortment strategies into actionable plans that enhance inventory productivity, in-stock performance, and financial outcomes. Operating at enterprise scale, the team drives critical inventory, service, and profitability decisions. Members utilize skills in inventory management, supply chain coordination, forecasting, and data analysis to optimize product flow and resolve supply challenges, directly impacting customer satisfaction and business success in a dynamic environment.

What you'll bring

  • Proven expertise in inventory management, replenishment, and supply chain coordination.
  • Strong skills in inventory planning, forecasting, and data analysis to optimize stock levels.
  • Ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve supply disruptions.
  • Experience collaborating with suppliers and cross-functional teams to align inventory strategies.
  • Demonstrated leadership in supervising, mentoring, and developing team members.
  • Proficiency in managing inventory systems and executing allocation and distribution plans.
  • Commitment to driving continuous improvement and operational excellence through strategic planning.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, data analytics, business, or related area and 2 years’ experience in supply chain, merchandising, engineering, business, data analytics, or related area.
  • Option 2: 5 years’ experience in supply chain, merchandising, engineering, business, data analytics, or related area.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in replenishment or inventory management.
  • Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
