About the team
The Inventory Flow team leads initiatives that enhance inventory flow and operational efficiency through data-driven insights. This team collaborates closely with business and functional leaders to identify opportunities and develop analytical solutions that improve inventory productivity, availability, cost, and customer experience. Members apply advanced analytics and project management skills to deliver clear, actionable recommendations. The team fosters strong partnerships across functions and supports continuous improvement by leveraging innovative data models and strategic analysis. Leadership within the team emphasizes coaching, stakeholder engagement, and driving measurable business outcomes aligned with organizational goals.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with leadership and business partners to identify analytics objectives and develop research plans addressing key business challenges.
- Lead and mentor a team to execute advanced analytics projects, providing coaching and performance feedback.
- Develop and implement data models, algorithms, and prototypes to drive actionable business insights and value.
- Manage end-to-end project workstreams, ensuring risk mitigation and alignment with strategic goals.
- Present data-driven recommendations to inform functional initiatives and support decision-making.
- Foster strong partnerships with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to deliver consultative solutions.
- Promote continuous learning and innovation within the team to enhance analytics capabilities.

Pay
The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Stock.
Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field and 2 years' experience in data analytics or related field OR 4 years' experience in data analytics or related field.
