Responsibilities
- Develop and execute omnichannel advertising campaigns aligned with client marketing objectives using Walmart Connect’s platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize delivery based on key metrics such as CPM, ROAS, and CTR.
- Lead campaign setup, troubleshooting, and integration with internal systems to ensure seamless execution.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to drive campaign success and innovation.
- Build joint business plans leveraging forecasting tools and customer insights to support revenue growth.
- Present campaign results and strategic recommendations to clients and senior leadership.
- Analyze data to generate actionable insights for continuous campaign improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in developing and executing omnichannel advertising campaigns with measurable results.
- Strong proficiency in media strategy, campaign management, and advertising strategy.
- Expertise in analyzing campaign data using digital metrics such as CPM, ROAS, and CTR to optimize performance.
- Ability to translate client marketing goals into actionable media plans and strategic recommendations.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing client relationships effectively.
- Demonstrated capability in forecasting, revenue analysis, and identifying market trends.
- Excellent problem-solving skills in campaign setup and troubleshooting across ad technology platforms.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communication, or related area and 3 years’ experience in digital media, account management, or advertising strategy.
- Option 2: 5 years’ experience in digital media, account management, marketing, or advertising strategy.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in sales or media strategy.
- Experience with DSPs, DMPs, ad exchanges, and media platforms like Salesforce, Tableau, SQL, or Power BI.
- Master’s degree in marketing, business, or related area.

Pay
The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00 - $186,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses and stock for certain positions.
