Core Mission

Harmonize and standardize existing BO training materials for our stakeholders.
Transform presentation content into an automatic, engaging, interactive learning experience.
Introduce quizzes, assessments, and learner feedback loops.
Help to define a scalable training framework.

Instructional Design & Learning Strategy

  • Review, audit, and consolidate large volumes of existing training materials into a unified curriculum.
  • Apply standardized templates, branding, and formatting across all training assets.
  • Ensure consistency in tone, structure, and instructional design approach.
  • Create reusable content components.
  • Develop and document a scalable training framework/playbook.

Interactive Learning Design

  • Design detailed instructions to support long-term training.
  • Structure, simplify, and synthesize complex content.
  • Define clear learning objectives.
  • Create modular training programs and end-to-end learning paths.
  • Provide training support respecting adult learning principles.
  • Offer constructive challenges and recommendations to improve content quality and relevance.
  • Design and deliver engaging, learner-centric training experiences using interactive methodologies.
  • Build quizzes, knowledge checks, questionnaires, and formal assessments aligned to learning outcomes.
  • Create scenario-based and interactive modules to enhance retention and application.
  • Incorporate feedback loops and iterative improvements to maximize effectiveness.

Must Have

  • E-learning development & tools: E-Learn / LMS platform, Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, iSpring, Camtasia.
  • Expected deliverables with quizzes, assessments, and tracking mechanisms.

Language & Work Environment

English-speaking, international environment.

Project Delivery & Autonomy

  • Deliver multiple training streams simultaneously.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or more.
  • 2+ years of experience.
