Position Summary

Pay & Benefits
- The annual salary range for this position is $65,500.00 - $98,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
- Additional compensation for certain positions may also include : Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location), Stock.
Minimum Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year supervisory experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field OR 2 years Walmart Logistics management experience OR 2 years supervisory experience, including 1 year experience managing human resource processes OR 1 year Walmart Stores, Inc. Human Resources experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Human Resources, Microsoft Office, Supervising Associates, Training and Facilitation, Walmart Logistics Systems Bachelors: Business, Bachelors: Logistics Human Resources - Professional HR (PHR) CERTIFICATION - Certification, Human Resources - Sr. Professional HR (SPHR) CERTIFICATION - Certification.
