Position Summary
Operates forklifts and completes work assignments.

- Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
- Operates forklifts safely and follows company guidelines.
- Completes work assignments and prioritizes tasks.
- Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, and assisting with purchases.
- Maintains safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps and following procedures for handling hazardous materials.
- Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation.
- Handles moves and displays goods safely and correctly.
- Reports poor inventory practices and low instock levels.
- Operates and maintains forklifts safely and reports poor or unsafe conditions.
- Proactively identifies customers needing help and assists them with technology services.
- Identifies shrink opportunities and problems and takes steps to fix them.
- Maintains and organizes merchandise and supplies.
- Ensures club pick-up orders are filled and merchandise is staged properly.
- Processes defective merchandise and monitors for shrinkage and security risks.
- Handles inventory, tracks goods, and maintains instock levels.
- Uses inventory tools and equipment safely and reports poor conditions.
- Works collaboratively with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners.
- Models and helps others with technology services.
- Respects individuals by embracing differences, creating a supportive workplace, and recognizing contributions.

Minimum Qualifications
- 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer Service Experience.
- Retail Experience.
- Supervising a team.
