About the role
This role involves complying with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, operating a forklift, receiving and stocking merchandise, providing member service, maintaining the sales floor and merchandising presentation, and ensuring safety of the facility.
Responsibilities
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
- Operate a forklift following Company standards and guidelines
- Receive, stock, and organize merchandise and supplies
- Provide member service, including acknowledging members, identifying their needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions
- Maintain the sales floor and merchandising presentation, including zoning the area, stocking and rotating merchandise, and setting up product displays
- Ensure safety of the facility, including conducting safety sweeps and reporting unsafe situations to management
- Handle inventory, including tracking goods, maintaining in-stock levels, and controlling shrinkage
- Operate and maintain forklifts in a safe and correct manner
- Proactively identify and assist customers who need help with technology services and items
Requirements
- 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification
- Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks
- Must be 18 years of age or older

Pay
The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 to $27.00, with the actual hourly rate equaling or exceeding the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
