(USA) Freight Flow Associate

Position Summary

Operates forklifts and completes work assignments by following company policies and procedures.

What you'll do...

• Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
• Operates forklifts safely, picking up, moving, placing, and positioning merchandise pallets.
• Completes work assignments and priorities by collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners.
• Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, offering guidance, and supporting them with purchases, issues, and promotions.
• Maintains safety by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, handling hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations.
• Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation by stocking, rotating, and removing merchandise, ensuring proper display of promotional and seasonal items.
• Handles inventory moves and displays goods safely, tracking levels, controlling shrinkage, and reporting poor practices.
• Operates and maintains forklifts safely, reports poor or unsafe conditions, and performs occasional audits for accuracy.
• Proactively identifies and assists customers with technology services, models technology services, and identifies and addresses shrink opportunities and problems.
• Maintains and organizes merchandise and supplies, ensuring proper storage and disposal of hazardous materials.
• Respects individuals by embracing differences, fostering a culture of belonging, and supporting all associates.
• Acts with integrity by maintaining high standards of ethics, complying with Walmart values, and supporting a regenerative company.

Minimum Qualifications

• 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
• Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Preferred Qualifications

• Customer Service Experience.
• Retail Experience.
• Supervising a team.

Pay and Benefits

Hourly wage range: $20.00 to $28.00*

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
