Position Summary
Operates forklifts and completes work assignments by following company policies and procedures.
What you'll do...
- Operates forklifts safely and complies with company standards.
- Picks up, moves, and positions merchandise and supplies.
- Organizes merchandise and supplies from distribution centers and suppliers.
- Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, and assisting with purchases.
- Maintains safety by conducting safety sweeps and following procedures for handling hazardous materials.
- Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation by stocking and rotating merchandise.
- Handles inventory by tracking goods, maintaining instock levels, and controlling shrinkage.
- Operates and maintains forklifts in a safe manner and reports poor or unsafe conditions.
- Proactively identifies and assists customers with technology services.
- Maintains equipment and ensures products are organized and stocked correctly.
- Performs occasional audits for accuracy and reports poor inventory practices.
- Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources.
- Collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners.
- Identifies priorities, deadlines, and expectations, and adapts to changes and feedback.
- Ensures club pick-up orders are filled by assisting with picking and staging merchandise.
- Processes defective merchandise and follows company and regulatory policies.
- Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation in accordance with company policies.
- Works as a team, builds strong relationships, and communicates positively to motivate and influence others.

Minimum Qualifications
- 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
- Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer Service Experience.
- Retail Experience.
- Supervising a team.
