(USA) Freight Flow Associate

Position Summary

Operates forklifts and completes work assignments following company policies and procedures.

What you'll do...

• Operates forklifts safely and complies with company standards and guidelines.
• Completes work assignments and priorities by collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners.
• Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions.
• Maintains safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, and handling hazardous materials.
• Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation by stocking and rotating merchandise, removing damaged or outdated goods, and ensuring proper display of merchandise.
• Handles moves and displays goods safely and correctly, tracking goods, maintaining inventory levels, and controlling shrinkage.
• Ensures club pick-up orders are filled by assisting with picking, staging, and auditing pick orders.
• Respects individuals by embracing differences, fostering a culture of belonging, and supporting associates' growth and development.
• Acts with integrity by maintaining high standards of ethics and compliance, acting selflessly, and supporting Walmart's goal of becoming a regenerative company.
• Serves customers and members by delivering results, balancing short and long-term priorities, and considering the impact of work on team performance.

Minimum Qualifications

• 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Preferred Qualifications

• Customer Service Experience.
• Retail Experience.
• Supervising a team.

Pay and Benefits

The hourly wage range for this position is $21.00 to $29.00*. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
