Position Summary
Operates forklifts and completes work assignments following company policies and procedures.
What you'll do...
- Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
- Operates forklifts safely, picking up, moving, placing, and positioning merchandise pallets.
- Completes work assignments and priorities by collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners.
- Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions.
- Maintains safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, and handling hazardous materials.
- Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation by stocking and rotating merchandise, removing damaged or outdated goods, and ensuring proper display of promotional and seasonal merchandise.
- Ensures club pick-up orders are filled by assisting with picking orders, staging products, and performing occasional audits for accuracy.
- Handles moves and displays goods safely and correctly, tracking goods, maintaining inventory levels, and controlling shrinkage.
- Reports poor inventory practices and low inventory levels, and performs occasional audits for accuracy.
- Uses inventory tools and equipment in a safe and correct manner.
- Forklift Operations: Operates and maintains forklifts in a safe and correct manner, reports poor or unsafe conditions or practices, and follows company steel standard guidelines.
- Technology: Proactively identifies customers needing help, actively engages them, and assists with technology services and items. Models and helps others with technology services.

Minimum Qualifications
- 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer Service Experience.
- Retail Experience.
- Supervising a team.
