Position Summary
Operates forklifts and completes work assignments following company policies and procedures.
What you'll do...
- Operates forklifts safely and follows company standards and guidelines.
- Completes work assignments by collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners.
- Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, and assisting with purchases and issues.
- Maintains safety by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, and handling hazardous materials.
- Maintains the sales floor by stocking, rotating, and displaying merchandise, and ensuring proper inventory management.
- Handles merchandise moves and displays goods safely and correctly, tracking inventory levels and controlling shrinkage.
- Operates and maintains forklifts in a safe manner, reporting poor or unsafe conditions to management.
- Proactively identifies and assists customers with technology services, and models and helps others with technology services.
- Identifies and addresses shrink opportunities and problems, taking steps to fix them.
- Maintains and organizes merchandise and supplies, ensuring proper inventory flow and following company policy.
- Ensures club pick-up orders are filled by assisting with picking and staging merchandise, and performing occasional audits for accuracy.
- Handles defective merchandise according to company and regulatory policies and procedures.
- Ensures the area is secure and monitors for shrink risks.
- Handles inventory by tracking goods, maintaining inventory levels, and controlling shrinkage.
- Reports poor inventory practices and low inventory levels in assigned areas.
- Uses inventory tools and equipment in a safe and correct manner.
- Operates and maintains forklifts in a safe and correct manner.
- Tells management when forklifts are not in proper working order.

Minimum Qualifications
- 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
- Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer Service Experience.
- Retail Experience.
- Supervising a team.
