(USA) Freight Flow Associate

Position Summary

Operates forklifts and completes work assignments following company policies and procedures.

What you'll do...

• Operates forklifts safely and complies with company standards.
• Picks up, moves, and positions merchandise and supplies.
• Organizes merchandise and supplies from distribution centers and suppliers.
• Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, and assisting with purchases.
• Maintains safety by conducting safety sweeps and following procedures for handling hazardous materials.
• Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation according to company policies.
• Handles moves and displays goods safely and correctly.
• Tracks goods, maintains inventory levels, and controls shrinkage.
• Reports poor inventory practices and low inventory levels.
• Uses inventory tools and equipment safely and correctly.
• Forklift Operations: Operates and maintains forklifts safely and correctly.
• Technology: Identifies and assists customers with technology services, identifies shrink opportunities, and takes steps to fix problems.
• Respect the Individual: Embraces differences, fosters a culture of belonging, and supports the team.

Minimum Qualifications

• 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Preferred Qualifications

• Customer Service Experience.
• Retail Experience.
• Supervising a team.

• The hourly wage range for this position is $20.00 to $28.00*.
• Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
