(USA) Freight Flow Associate

Position Summary

Operates forklifts and completes work assignments following company policies and procedures.

What you'll do...

• Operates forklifts safely and follows company standards and guidelines.
• Completes work assignments by collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners.
• Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, and assisting with purchases and issues.
• Maintains safety by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, and handling hazardous materials.
• Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation by stocking and rotating merchandise and ensuring proper display of promotional and seasonal merchandise.
• Handles merchandise moves and displays goods safely and correctly, tracking goods and maintaining inventory levels.
• Reports poor inventory practices and low inventory levels and performs occasional audits for accuracy.
• Forklift Operations: Operates and maintains forklifts safely and reports poor or unsafe conditions.
• Technology: Identifies and assists customers with technology services, models and helps others with technology services, and identifies shrink opportunities.

Pay, Benefits & Schedule

Competitive pay with performance-based bonuses and other benefits. Includes health benefits, financial benefits, paid time off, military leave pay, and more. Hourly wage range is $20.00 to $28.00, with additional premiums possible. Minimum Qualifications: 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification, must be 18 years of age or older. Preferred Qualifications: Customer Service Experience, Retail Experience, Supervising a team.
