(USA) Freight Flow Associate
Position Summary
Operates forklifts and completes work assignments following company policies and procedures.
What you'll do...
- Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
- Operates forklifts safely, picking up, moving, placing, and positioning merchandise pallets.
- Completes work assignments and priorities by collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners.
- Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, guiding, supporting, and assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting company products and services.
- Maintains safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations to management.
- Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation by properly zonining the area, stocking and rotating merchandise, removing damaged or outdated goods, setting up, cleaning, and organizing product displays, ensuring prominent display of promotional and seasonal merchandise, processing defective merchandise, and monitoring shrink security risks.
- Handles moves and displays goods safely and correctly, tracking goods, maintaining instock levels, controlling shrinkage, reporting poor inventory practices, and performing occasional audits for accuracy.
- Handles inventory by using inventory tools and equipment in a safe and correct manner, using inventory tools and equipment in a safe and correct manner, and reporting poor or unsafe conditions or practices in assigned areas.
- Forklift Operations: Operates and maintains forklifts in a safe and correct manner, reports poor or unsafe conditions or practices in assigned areas, and tells management when forklifts are not in proper working order.
- Technology: Proactively identifies customers needing help, actively engages them, and assists them with technology services and items, models and helps others with technology services, identifies shrink opportunities and problems, and takes steps to fix the problems.
- Maintains equipment and ensures products are organized and stocked in correct ways, promptly fixes any problems.

Minimum Qualifications
- 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
- Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.

- Customer Service Experience.
- Retail Experience.
- Supervising a team.
