(USA) Freight Flow Associate

Position Summary

Operates forklifts and completes work assignments following company policies and procedures.

What you'll do...

• Operates forklifts safely and follows company standards and guidelines.
• Completes work assignments by collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners.
• Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, and assisting with purchases and issues.
• Maintains safety by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, and handling hazardous materials.
• Maintains the sales floor by stocking, rotating, and displaying merchandise, and ensuring proper inventory levels.
• Handles merchandise moves and displays goods safely and correctly, tracking inventory and controlling shrinkage.
• Ensures club pick-up orders are filled by assisting with picking and staging merchandise.
• Respects individuals by embracing differences, fostering a culture of belonging, and supporting associates.
• Acts with integrity by maintaining high standards of ethics, complying with policies, and demonstrating the Walmart values.
• Serves customers and members by delivering results, balancing short and long-term priorities, and considering the impact on team performance.

Minimum Qualifications

• 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Preferred Qualifications

• Customer Service Experience.
• Retail Experience.
• Supervising a team.
