Position Summary
Operates forklifts and completes work assignments following company policies and procedures.
What you'll do...
- Operates forklifts safely and follows company standards and guidelines.
- Completes work assignments by collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners.
- Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, and assisting with purchases and issues.
- Maintains safety by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, and handling hazardous materials.
- Maintains the sales floor by stocking and rotating merchandise, removing damaged or outdated goods, and ensuring proper display of promotional and seasonal merchandise.
- Handles inventory by tracking goods, maintaining stock levels, controlling shrinkage, and auditing pick orders for accuracy.
- Operates and maintains forklifts safely and reports poor or unsafe conditions.
- Proactively identifies and assists customers with technology services.
- Identifies and addresses shrink opportunities and product/service/work area problems.
- Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation by following company policies and procedures.
- Ensures club pick-up orders are filled by assisting with picking, staging, and auditing pick orders.
- Handles moves and displays goods safely and correctly.
- Uses inventory tools and equipment in a safe and correct manner.
- Reports poor inventory practices and low stock levels.
- Respects individuals by embracing differences, fostering a culture of belonging, and supporting associates.

Minimum Qualifications
- 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
- Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer Service Experience.
- Retail Experience.
- Supervising a team.
