(USA) Freight Flow Associate
Position Summary
Operates forklifts and completes work assignments following company policies and procedures.
What you'll do...
- Operates forklifts safely and follows company standards and guidelines.
- Completes work assignments and priorities by collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners.
- Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions.
- Maintains safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, and handling hazardous materials.
- Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation by stocking and rotating merchandise, removing damaged or outdated goods, and ensuring proper display of promotional and seasonal merchandise.
- Handles club pick-up orders by picking, staging, and auditing orders for accuracy.
- Manages inventory by tracking goods, maintaining stock levels, and controlling shrinkage.
- Uses inventory tools and equipment in a safe and correct manner.
- Proactively identifies and addresses shrink opportunities and problems with products, services, and work areas.
- Ensures merchandise is organized and stocked correctly and promptly fixes any problems.
- Works as a team, builds strong relationships, communicates positively, and motivates others.
- Acts with integrity, maintains high standards of ethics and compliance, and supports the Walmart values.
- Serves customers and members by delivering results, balancing short and long-term priorities, and considering the impact on the team's ability to deliver on the purpose for all stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications
- 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer Service Experience.
- Retail Experience.
- Supervising a team.
Pay
The hourly wage range for this position is $21.00 to $29.00* The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
