Position Summary

Operates forklifts and completes work assignments following company policies and procedures.

• Operates forklifts safely and complies with company standards.
• Picks up, moves, and positions merchandise and supplies.
• Completes work assignments and prioritizes tasks effectively.
• Manages inventory flow and maintains safety standards.
• Provides member service, resolves issues, and promotes products.
• Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation.
• Handles merchandise moves and displays goods safely.
• Operates and maintains forklifts in a safe manner.
• Identifies and addresses shrink opportunities and problems.
• Uses inventory tools and equipment correctly.
• Ensures club pick up orders are filled and merchandise is staged correctly.
• Processes defective merchandise and follows sanitation and food safety protocols.
• Monitors the area for security risks and safety concerns.
• Handles inventory accurately and reports poor practices and low instock levels.
• Operates and maintains forklifts in a safe and correct way.
• Identifies and assists customers with technology services.
• Maintains and organizes products and ensures they are stocked correctly.
• Fixes any problems with equipment and products.
• Respects individuals by embracing differences and creating a supportive workplace culture.
• Works as a team, builds strong relationships, and communicates positively to motivate and influence others.

Minimum Qualifications

• 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Preferred Qualifications

• Customer Service Experience.
• Retail Experience.
• Supervising a team.
