About the role
The role involves leading and developing teams effectively by teaching training and actively listening to associates, touring stores, and providing feedback. The position requires managing and driving the financial performance and sales of the designated store area, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and fostering a culture of respect and excellence.
Responsibilities
- Tourstores and provide feedback to associates
- Collaborate with all levels of associates regarding store operations
- Manage and assist in budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses
- Ensure customer needs, complaints, and issues are successfully resolved
- Develop and implement action plans to correct deficiencies and improve customer experience
- Supervise and develop opportunities for hourly associates
- Supports and coordinates job-related activities and assignments
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures
- Respects individual differences and fosters a culture of belonging
- Acts with integrity and maintains high standards of ethics and compliance
- Serves customers and members by delivering results and balancing short and long-term priorities
- Strives for excellence by adopting new technologies and skills and supporting others through change
Requirements
- 2 years' of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports to include the responsibility of performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing

Pay
The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - $100,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) and Complex Structure.
