Position Summary
The (USA) Director, UX Design leads the development and execution of user experience strategies that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. This role involves managing cross-functional partnerships, conducting comprehensive user research, and driving continuous improvement in design processes. The Director ensures alignment of UX initiatives with business objectives while fostering collaboration across teams. What you'll do
Lead the development and execution of user experience strategies informed by comprehensive user research and data analysis.

Minimum Qualifications
Option 1: Bachelor's degree in UI/UX design, graphic design, visual communication, product design, computer science, information technology, or related area and 6 years’ experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or related area.
Option 2: 8 years’ experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or related area. 3 years’ supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Design certification (for example, IDEOU - Foundations in Design Thinking Certificate), Driving product development in a user experience area.
Master's degree in UI/UX Design, Interactive and Visual Design, Product Design, or related area.
Related industry experience (for example, retail, supply chain, eCommerce, healthcare).
UI/UX, Interactive and Visual Design, Electronics Art, Multimedia Design, or related area.
