What You'll Do

  • Lead enterprise-scale technical programs from strategy through execution, aligning investments, resources, dependencies, and cross-functional teams to deliver business-critical outcomes.
  • Define scalable operating models, governance rhythms, prioritization frameworks, and executive reporting that improve delivery velocity and decision quality.
  • Own program risk management by identifying execution risks, driving mitigation plans, resolving escalations, and sustaining momentum across complex initiatives.
  • Influence senior stakeholders by communicating trade-offs, surfacing data-driven insights, securing alignment, and linking program objectives to strategic priorities.
  • Lead and develop a large TPM organization while driving ambiguous, global-scale programs. Hire high-performing talent, develop leaders, strengthen organizational capability, and establish best practices in program management, technical design, and executive communication.

What You'll Bring

  • Enterprise-scale technical program or portfolio leadership, including strategic planning, governance, dependency management, and risk ownership.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related area and 7 years' experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
  • Option 2: 9 years' experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in Project Management.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, with specialization in strategy, supply chain, finance, information systems, or related area and 5 years' experience in product design.
  • Supervisory experience.
  • Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. Knowledge of accessibility best practices and ability to support inclusive culture following Walmart's accessibility standards and guidelines.

Pay

Annual salary range: $169,000.00 - $338,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses and may include stock.
