Director, Technical Program Management

Responsibilities

• Drive programs at the intersection of Generative AI research and production deployment
• Simplify technically complex concepts for cross-functional teams
• Partner with researchers to optimize pretraining and inference efficiency
• Establish frameworks for evaluating and deploying generative AI models
• Translate academic research into practical applications for production environments

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related technical field
• At least 7 years of experience managing technical programs
• 7+ years of experience designing and building data-intensive solutions
• 3+ years of experience in building distributed systems using cloud services like AWS
• 3+ years of experience with Agile delivery

• $251,400 – $286,900 annually
