Position Summary

Coordinates job-related activities and assignments, supports plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs, and ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
  • General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports to include the responsibility of performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.

Additional Compensation

  • Annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
  • Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
  • Complex Structure (based on external factors that create challenges).

Pay Range

The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - $100,000.00.

Qualifications

  • Successfully completes a firearms-specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training for facilities selling firearms.
  • State-specific requirements may include a current state issued Certificate of Eligibility for facilities selling only ammunition.
