What’s the Job?
Analyze tenders, contracts, and contract-related documents while providing proactive contractual guidance and risk assessment.
Participate in contract negotiations and support negotiation strategy development and implementation.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, LoA approval processes, and external regulations.
Develop and manage customer, supplier, and partner claim strategies throughout project execution.
Prepare reports, presentations, analyses, and documentation while supporting process improvements and contract standardization efforts.
What’s Needed?
- 3-5 years of contract management, contract administration, or commercial management experience.
- Experience reviewing, analyzing, and negotiating contracts and tender documents.
- Knowledge of contract compliance, claims management, risk mitigation, and governance processes.
- Strong analytical, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.

Pay
$47 - $49/hour
