Position Summary

Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing, implement the business plan for area of responsibility, monitor and manage productivity, maintain quality and safety standards, identify and address associate/customer/supplier concerns, supervise and develop associates and leaders, manage QA guidelines, troubleshoot systems, and strive for excellence.

What you'll do...

  • Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing, implement the business plan for area of responsibility, monitor and manage productivity, maintain quality and safety standards, identify and address associate/customer/supplier concerns, supervise and develop associates and leaders, manage QA guidelines, troubleshoot systems, and strive for excellence.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year supervisory experience OR Bachelor's Degree in a Business, Logistics or related field OR 2 years Walmart logistics experience OR 2 years supervisory experience.

Additional Compensation

  • Annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
  • Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
  • Stock.

Pay Range

The annual salary range for this position is $65,500.00 - $98,000.00.
