Area Manager - Quality Assurance/Systems

Position Summary

Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing, implement the business plan for area of responsibility, monitor and manage productivity, maintain quality and safety standards, identify and address associate/customer/supplier concerns, supervise and develop associates and leaders, manage QA guidelines, troubleshoot systems, and drive continuous improvements.

Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year supervisory experience OR
    • Bachelor's Degree in a Business, Logistics or related field OR
      • 2 years Walmart logistics experience OR
        • 2 years supervisory experience.

Pay and Schedule

The annual salary range for this position is $65,500.00 - $98,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
