Position Summary
Maintain quality and safety standards in area of responsibility by ensuring associates and supervisors are trained on company policies and procedures, distributing and maintaining procedures and supporting documentation, monitoring compliance with policies, procedures, standards, and area production goals, and identifying and resolving internal and external customer, associate, and supervisor concerns.

- Manage and develop associates and supervisors in area of responsibility by assigning duties and coordinating workloads, communicating goals, monitoring performance, and providing feedback.
- Teach and support company policies and procedures.
- Participate in the hiring, promotion, coaching, training, and evaluation of associates and supervisors.
- Monitor and track expenses, monitor asset utilization, and prepare/review/analyze business reports.

Pay & Benefits
- The annual salary range for this position is $64,000.00 - $96,000.00.
- Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
- Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location), Stock.
Minimum Qualifications
- 6 months experience as a Wal-Mart Optical Supervisor OR 1 year experience as a Wal-Mart Supervisor (non-optical) OR 2 years external work experience in a management role (incl. supervisor) leading a team of five or more supervisors and/or employees.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or Logistics.
