About the role

This is a possible 3-month contract-to-hire position based in San Jose, California (onsite). The role requires immediate availability and a mandatory background check.

Responsibilities

• Product & Software Readiness Build SCI NPI operations
• Own product behavior and configuration documentation
• Develop the Brownfield migration services and processes for a la carte and EA 3.0
• Lead Partner and IQ enablement by translating product readiness into practical enablement content, workflows, and launch guidance that improve field and partner execution

Requirements

• Ability to be highly productive with minimal oversight from senior management
• Ability to solve problems and provide practical business insights from complex data sets
• Product knowledge across company products
