About the role

This is a possible 3-month contract-to-hire position based onsite in San Jose, California. Immediate availability is required, and a mandatory background check will be conducted.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the SCI portfolio list for a la carte and EA 3.0 offerings, ensuring portfolio data remains current and accurate.
• Own E-Genie tagging governance and manage SCI SKU tagging for new software billing, licensing, offer attributes (OA), and minimum software image version requirements.
• Perform configuration validation to support software readiness controls, identify data or tagging gaps, and drive issues to resolution with appropriate stakeholders.
• Assess and track IQ install base (IB) deployment, providing clear readiness visibility, status tracking, and analytical insights.
• Manage assigned readiness activities with minimal oversight, taking ownership and accountability for actions, decisions, follow-through, and outcomes.
