Role Description
- Support strategic and tactical product initiatives by conducting research, gathering data, and preparing analysis to inform product decisions
- Assist in evaluating the benefits, risks, and opportunities associated with new or existing products across mutual funds, ETFs, SMAs/WRAP models, interval funds, closed-end funds, and BDCs
- Assist in coordinating implementation efforts by engaging key areas of the firm including Investment Management, Legal, Compliance, Distribution, and Marketing
- Create routine and non-routine presentations for senior stakeholders and leadership
- Provide analytical support for product-related business activities and projects
- Conduct market research on product trends, competitive positioning, and regulatory developments affecting wealth management products
- Assist in tracking product metrics, flows, performance data, and market share across product categories
- Support the development of dashboards and reports using industry-standard platforms
Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- 2-4 years' experience in product management, project management, or a related analytical role within the financial services industry, ideally with exposure to asset management or wealth management
- Knowledge of or interest in mutual funds, ETFs, and SMAs/WRAP models, with basic understanding of interval funds, closed-end funds and BDCs being a plus
- Strong research and analytical abilities with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with standard industry programs and eagerness to learn and apply new technologies, AI tools, and digital platforms, including Morningstar, and similar platforms
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with various stakeholders across the organization
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and learning
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with ability to meet competing deadlines
- Understanding of wealth management distribution channels and advisor needs preferred

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $100,000 and $115,000 per year. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
