About the role
The Manager, US Training & Education is responsible for designing, developing, and executing training programs for the US organization, focusing on the US Sales & Marketing group. This includes new hire training and ongoing training aligned with company policies and strategies.
Responsibilities
- Work with the New Technology Commercial group, US Commercial Marketing, Sales Leadership, and other functional partners to shape and deliver educational programs aimed at elevating the proficiency of the US organization.
- Apply adult learning principles and professional facilitation skills in all learning programs.
- Conduct learning in live, virtual, and self-guided formats.
- Ensure that all learning content is current, copy approved (if applicable), and aligned with all government and legal requirements.
- Facilitate learning on anatomy, procedures, complex clinical concepts, products, competitive technologies, and business practices related to clinical and commercial roles for both new hire and ongoing development & training initiatives.
- Play a key role in coaching Field Sales Trainers, providing guidelines in best practices for New Hires, and driving key initiatives to ensure clinical and sales competency are met.
- Coordinate activities with Field Sales Training to support continuity for the learner.
- Plan and execute Hospital Based Training, Neuroanatomy/Neuroangiography Training, and Advanced Sales Training to further develop application of clinical and product knowledge.
- Participate in development activities to elevate capabilities of proficiencies in Integrity Selling.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Previous Sales Training or Medical Education experience required.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Case coverage experiences preferred.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific, technical journals.
- Preferred previous neurovascular experience.
- Travel required.

Pay
$200,000 - $215,000 USD
