US Trade Program Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the development and maintenance of training programs for trade compliance
• Manage US Trade portals, including SharePoint; organize and control access to files
• Review and process HR Export Control Review forms weekly
• Audit block release texts and maintain points of contact with customs brokers monthly
• Issue annual Broker POAs and track compliance project milestones
• Track Customs Notices and Demands and notify relevant stakeholders
• Maintain and enhance the Risk Review tracker and develop related documentation

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration or Paralegal Certification, or 10+ years in International Trade Compliance
• PMP certification or 5+ years of project management experience
• Experience with international trade compliance projects
• Experience in process improvement and implementation is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft tools and ERP systems, preferably SAP/GTS
• Must have valid work authorization for the company in the US
