Pay Range: $46–$51/hour
About the role
Track, manage, and facilitate the completion of technical action items related to Engineering Change Orders (ECOs). Maintain an organized list of action items, including ownership, status, constraints, and required support. Collaborate with engineering teams to gather updates, identify roadblocks, and drive timely resolution of issues. Utilize Siemens Teamcenter to identify ECO owners, monitor task routing, and support workflow completion. Provide daily status reports, communicate constraints to stakeholders, and assist in resolution efforts.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 4–6 years of experience in project coordination, engineering support, or a related field
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience tracking complex tasks and driving follow-through across cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with Engineering Change Order (ECO) processes, Teamcenter, or Product Data Management (PDM) tools preferred
- Must be a US Citizen
