About the role

You build brand loyalty and create owners of Apple products and services. You seek to understand customers' needs, customize recommendations, and educate them on relevant ways to buy products. You maintain accuracy and follow guidance, supporting peers and contributing to an inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

• Sell and deliver a customer service experience that is unique to Apple.
• Stay updated on Apple's products, services, purchase options, and sales processes.
• Support peers by sharing knowledge and offering ownership opportunities.
• Perform other tasks as needed, including providing customer service and support in other areas of the store.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and learning from others.

Qualifications

• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Reliability in attending work as scheduled.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Apple products and services.
• Personalize solutions based on customer needs and effectively communicate them.

Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
