About the role

Language Services Associates is a federal contractor or subcontractor subject to certain governmental recordkeeping and reporting requirements for the administration of civil right laws and regulations. Responsibilities

• Conduct language translation and interpretation services
• Collaborate with clients to ensure accurate and timely communication
• Provide cultural sensitivity training to clients and team members
• Manage client relationships and project timelines
• Adapt to changing client needs and preferences

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in linguistics, translation, interpreting, or related field
• At least two years of professional experience in language services
• Proficiency in at least two languages, including fluency in English and another language
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational and time management skills
