About the role
Language Services Associates is a federal contractor or subcontractor subject to certain governmental recordkeeping and reporting requirements for the administration of civil right laws and regulations. Responsibilities
- Conduct language translation and interpretation services
- Collaborate with clients to ensure accurate and timely communication
- Provide cultural sensitivity training to clients and team members
- Manage client relationships and project timelines
- Adapt to changing client needs and preferences
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in linguistics, translation, interpreting, or related field
- At least two years of professional experience in language services
- Proficiency in at least two languages, including fluency in English and another language
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time management skills
