Job Summary
The Proposal Manager will manage the proposal process from cradle to grave for competitive and non-competitive bids. They will lead cross-functional teams to develop compliant, persuasive, and winning proposals under tight deadlines. Responsibilities include analyzing RFP requirements, defining compliant response structures, outlining deliverables, maintaining proposal schedules, and coordinating reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in proposal management, business development, or related fields
- U.S. citizenship required due to contractual requirements
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations
