About the Role

As a Pro at Apple Retail, you’re the most knowledgeable and effective salesperson in the store. You offer customized solutions by leveraging your expertise in Apple products, services, and competitors to build brand loyalty. You mentor the store team, drive knowledge of technology, and help grow Apple’s business community by presenting effective business solutions.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate, sustain, and lead top-performing sales and service by understanding customer needs, identifying ownership opportunities, presenting products and services, and educating customers on purchasing options.
• Stay up to date on Apple’s offerings, Product Zone sales processes, and technology trends within Apple and the broader market.
• Mentor others on Apple’s products, services, purchase options, and emerging technologies to ensure the team delivers excellent customer service.
• Maintain accuracy and follow guidance while performing tasks, including providing customer service and support in other areas of the store.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and fostering curiosity to learn.

Qualifications

• Availability to work a schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, in compliance with local laws and approved accommodations.
• Experience in retail, sales, or related work.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Apple products and services.
• Track record of outstanding sales and customer experience results in a retail, sales, or similar role.
• Ability to personalize and communicate solutions based on customer needs.
• Skill in resolving customer concerns through care, learning, and presentation.
• Capability to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting multiple customers simultaneously.
• Willingness to deepen understanding of Apple products, services, and third-party products to enhance the customer experience.
• Ability to support and educate the team by sharing knowledge, experiences, and insights.
• Collaboration and motivation skills to achieve individual and team goals.

Pay

The base pay range for this role is between $28.41 and $39.47/hr, depending on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
