US Patriot Retail Sales Associate

About the role

U.S. Patriot Tactical is a leading retailer of military and law enforcement tactical gear with over 100 locations across the USA, South Korea, and Japan. As a Retail Sales Associate in a US Patriot/GALLS store on Fort Bragg, NC, you will provide exceptional customer service to soldiers and airmen, helping them select the right products from top brands such as Nike, Oakley, and Under Armour.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer promptly and respond to all customer needs
• Answer inquiries regarding price, quality, fabric type, specifications, and usability of merchandise
• Upsell and recommend add‑on items to enhance the customer’s order
• Set up advertising displays and folds, and arrange merchandise to promote sales
• Replenish merchandise and monitor floor stock to ensure appropriate inventory
• Perform housekeeping to maintain a clean and orderly store
• Complete all paperwork accurately and efficiently
• Provide information on contract specifications and associated products
• Handle irate customers professionally and courteously
• Answer product questions and provide information over the phone
• Communicate and collaborate within and outside the retail department to meet customer needs with 100% accuracy
• Adhere to the company’s mission, policies, procedures, and practices

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Friendly, outgoing, and helpful demeanor
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in high‑pressure situations
• Ability to stand for the entire shift
• Ability to handle merchandise throughout the store up to 50 pounds

Schedule

Flexible shift hours, 7 days a week.

Pay

Starting rate: $17.75 per hour. Daily Pay option available – up to 50% of earned pay.
