What You’ll Do
- Serve as lead legal counsel for strategic partnerships, alliances, channel relationships, and ecosystem initiatives.
- Draft, negotiate, and advise on a broad range of partnership agreements.
- Provide guidance on intellectual property, data usage rights, confidentiality, and regulatory considerations related to partnership programs.
- Support ongoing management and optimization of existing ecosystem and partner agreements.
Requirements
- 7+ years of legal experience, including significant in-house or outside counsel tech commercial and partnership counseling experience.
- Active license to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction.
- Demonstrated experience negotiating and managing strategic tech partnership agreements and enterprise commercial contracts.
- Ideally with Big 4/major cloud platform experience.
- Strong understanding of technology transactions, SaaS, cloud services, and platform business models.
- Excellent drafting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting major cloud ecosystems such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Alibaba Cloud, or other enterprise technology platforms.
- Prior experience at a major technology company, cloud provider, consulting firm, or large-scale platform business.
- Experience building or scaling partnership programs.
