US Navy PMCM Delivery Lead
About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated Project Management / Construction Management (PM/CM) Leader with US Navy / Marine Corps experience, and a history of growing and delivering professional services for projects and programs. You’ll have the chance to work on large capital projects across the US and internationally. These exciting large-scale building projects will utilize your experience working with the US Department of Defense to help ensure safe and efficient delivery. You will gain experience working closely with technical subject matter experts, project control specialists, and some of the best digital delivery professionals in the industry. We empower you to deliver the best and boldest solutions to our clients.
Your role will be central to generating new business opportunities for US Navy PM/CM contract and task order pursuits. Following award of these projects, you will ensure the projects are staffed with top talent, manage the key personnel, and guide the project team to execution success. Responsibilities
- Grow and deliver professional services for projects and programs in the US Navy / USMC space and elsewhere
- Manage professional services IDIQ contracts and task orders
- Oversee construction management and administration of large projects
- Lead project planning, pre-construction, delivery methods, and building systems
- Travel to client sites as needed
- Generate new business opportunities for US Navy PM/CM contract and task order pursuits
- Staff projects with top talent and manage key personnel
- Guide project teams to successful execution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering or Construction Management
- At least 10 years’ experience in construction management and administration of large projects
- Experience with growing teams and portfolios of projects in the US Navy / USMC space and elsewhere
- Knowledge of project planning, pre-construction, delivery methods, and building systems
- Ability and willingness to travel to client sites as needed
Qualifications
- Professional Engineering Registration (PE)
- CMAA Certification
- DBIA certification

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $170,400.00 to $277,500.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Schedule
Hybrid working policy allowing employees to split their work week between Jacobs offices/projects and remote locations.
