Shipping Lead (PM)
Role And Responsibilities
- Train and mentor Shipping team members to foster a productive and compliant work environment.
- Cook with Shipping Supervisor on daily shipping operations to meet customer delivery schedules.
- Ensure accurate picking, packing, labeling, and compliance with shipping regulations, including hazardous materials handling, and international export requirements.
- Collaborate with the Shipping Supervisor to identify, implement, and monitor process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance workflow.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and clean shipping area, ensuring compliance with all company safety policies and regulatory standards.
- Monitor warehouse supplies and equipment to ensure full stock and proper working order.
- Perform other related duties of which the above are representative.
Required Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience using systems and software like FedEx, UPS, and DHL.
- Experience with shipping, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience shipping commercial goods to international destinations.
- Highly proficient in Google Suite and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced office environment, meeting multiple deadlines.
- A current, valid driver’s license and no traffic violations.
- Note - Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, or U.S. Permanent Resident) due to clients under U.S. federal contracts.
- Employment is contingent upon the successful clearance of a background check and drug test.

- A willingness to learn and adapt to evolving tasks and responsibilities as the company grows.
- Knowledge of and commitment to safety protocols and practices within a shipping environment.
Compensation
$29 - $31 / hourly
