US - Lead Test Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Lead qualification testing activities for the product line, from planning through execution and reporting
- Define qualification test strategies, plans, procedures, and success criteria
- Coverage and traceability
- Coordinate all test logistics, including scheduling, hardware readiness, resource planning, and test site preparation
- Identify, develop, and oversee any required Specialized Test Equipment (STE)
- Ensure all qualification testing complies with customer specifications, MIL STDs, and applicable industry standards
- Partner with systems, design, and test engineering teams to ensure test coverage and traceability
- Support risk assessments, readiness reviews, anomaly resolution, and corrective action planning
- Manage test documentation, including test plans, procedures, reports, and review packages
- Communicate progress, risks, issues, and results to engineering leadership and customers
- Maintain adherence to Client processes, configuration control, and engineering rigor

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in qualification testing or similar roles
- Experience with MIL STDs and industry standards
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
