About the Role
Sources and screens applicants to fill vacancies for high-volume and entry-level jobs. Works with hiring managers throughout the interview process to establish recruiting strategies and determine candidate profiles for each position. Identifies viable candidates for open positions.
Pay
Starting base pay $65,000
Responsibilities
- Sources candidates for high-volume position openings using applicant tracking databases, job board keyword searches, cold-calling prospective applicants, referral sources, career fairs, and networking.
- Develops and maintains a pipeline of candidates for assigned positions.
- Teams with hiring managers to determine plans for identifying candidates, including database searches, job board keyword searches, and phone/web mining.
- Plans and attends job fairs to develop a candidate pool for assigned positions as needed.
- Screens applicants and coordinates with hiring managers to schedule interviews.
- Documents and communicates employment recommendations to hiring managers.
- Posts jobs for recruitment as needed.
- Files and maintains employment records for future reference.
- Generates recruitment status reports (e.g., applicant flow, open requisitions, time to fill).
- Participates in training to learn new recruitment practices and develops subject matter expertise in recruitment (e.g., sourcing, compliance, applicant tracking systems, reporting).
- Provides cross-functional support within the recruitment team as needed (e.g., employee referral program, relocation).
- Ensures compliance with government agency regulations (e.g., OFCCP, ADA).
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of recruiting or related experience required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills

- Skills and ability to assess candidates effectively via telephone or face-to-face.
- Ability to work with a variety of jobs.
