Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues and provide assistance
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently
• Ensure all customer interactions are positive and meet or exceed expectations
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Stay organized and maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Provide proactive support to enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 0-3 years of relevant experience or training in customer service or a related field (preferred)
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure
• High attention to detail
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
