Responsibilities
- Develop and grow your own practice by building relationships with clients through various strategies including residential, business, networking, introductions, referrals, and social media.
- Understand and address the needs, priorities, and concerns of clients and prospective clients to establish trust and create personalized strategies.
- Oversee branch processes to ensure a high-quality, streamlined client experience, adhering to firm policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.
- Create and adjust the branch business plan to enhance effectiveness and achieve business goals while engaging the branch team.
- Build a supportive and collaborative environment within the branch, fostering trust, respect, feedback, and accountability among team members.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must hold Series 7 and Series 66 licenses, have experience in financial services, and possess in-depth knowledge of investment products and services. State insurance licenses are preferred, and additional professional designations such as CFP® or CRPC™ are beneficial.
