Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow your own practice through face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies, including residential, business, networking, introductions, referrals, and social media engagement.
  • Understand and address clients' and prospective clients' needs, priorities, and concerns to build trust and provide personalized, comprehensive financial strategies.
  • Oversee branch processes to ensure a high-quality, streamlined client experience, adhering to firm policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Create and adjust the branch business plan to enhance effectiveness and achieve business goals, while engaging the branch team in these efforts.
  • Build a supportive and collaborative environment within the branch, fostering trust, respect, feedback, and accountability among team members.

Requirements

  • Series 7 and Series 66 licenses required.
  • In-depth knowledge of investment products and services, with a proven track record of success.
  • State insurance licenses preferred.
  • Possession of additional professional designations such as CFP® or CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, CRPC™, or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™.
