Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow your own practice by creating new clients through various strategies (residential, business, networking, introductions, referrals, social media, and speaking engagements).
  • Understand and address clients' and prospective clients' needs, priorities, and concerns to build trust and provide personalized strategies.
  • Oversee branch processes to ensure a high-quality, streamlined client experience that aligns with firm policies and procedures, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.
  • Create a dynamic and engaging branch environment focused on mutual trust, respect, feedback, and accountability.
  • Participate in ongoing training offered by the firm and regulatory authorities, as well as required training to maintain registrations and licenses in good standing.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Series 7 and Series 66 required.
  • Experience in financial services with a track record of success.
  • State insurance licenses preferred.
  • Additional professional designations such as CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, CRPC™, or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™.
