Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow your own practice by creating new clients through various strategies (residential, business, networking, introductions, referrals, social media, and speaking engagements).
  • Understand and address clients' and prospective clients' needs, priorities, and concerns to build trust and provide personalized strategies.
  • Oversee branch processes to ensure a high-quality, streamlined client experience.
  • Engage the branch team to create, monitor, and adjust the branch business plan to enhance effectiveness and achieve business goals.
  • Create a supportive and accountable environment within the branch.

Career Support

  • Completion of ongoing training offered by the firm and regulatory authorities.
  • Mandatory training to maintain registrations and licenses in good standing.
  • Client support to help manage workload and focus on clients.
  • A support network extending from the client support team to the region and home office.

Qualifications

  • Series 7 and Series 66 required.
  • Experience in financial services with clients and in-depth knowledge of investment products and services.
  • State insurance licenses preferred.
  • Additional professional designations such as CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, CRPC™, or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™ preferred.
