Key Responsibilities

  • Build relationships to create new clients via various strategies including residential, business, networking, introductions, referrals, and social media.
  • Deeply understand clients' and prospective clients' needs, priorities, and concerns to accelerate trust and create personalized strategies.
  • Oversee branch processes, roles, and responsibilities to ensure a high-quality, streamlined client experience.
  • Create a highly engaging environment in the branch of mutual trust, respect, feedback, and accountability.
  • Complete ongoing training offered by the firm and regulatory authorities, as well as required training to maintain registrations and licenses in good standing.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Series 7 and Series 66 required.
  • Experience in financial services and in-depth knowledge of investment products and services.
  • Track record of success in financial services.
  • State insurance licenses preferred.
  • Additional professional designations such as CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, CRPC™, or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™ preferred.
